Incapsulate: Bridging The Gap Between Government And Citizens

CIO Vendor In the last decade, technological innovation and digital transformation has been the cornerstone in redefining the government-citizen boundaries. Government bodies are increasingly open to embracing new technologies and ideas in order to impact the lives of its citizens. However, most solutions available are not easy to manage or configure for governments and many citizens struggle to utilize these complex solutions. Additionally, most solution providers offer solutions to the client without overseeing a seamless integration, leading to decrease in ROI. Incapsulate understands that every government body has their own unique requirements and we partner with our clients to provide a solution that includes a combination of configuration specific to each client’s needs and pre-built functionality based on similar implementations and Government bodies are on the lookout for a scalable solution that produces better public outcomes while meeting its set goals.

“Incapsulate understands the intricacies and needs of governments in
India, by leveraging our success implementing our pre-built and proven 311 solution in over 15 cities and in the commercial sector we will reduce risk and implementation time on projects in India. We have leveraged our experience from our prior projects to develop repeatable assets to provide either advanced starting points for projects or complete products ready for configuration to accelerate project delivery and lower project risk. While clients may choose not to leverage these assets a review of these would strongly demonstrate our ability to build complex solutions on Salesforce and AWS. Each of these assets has been sold to a Government or Commercial Companies many times. However, with India, we want to take a step further and use a more integrated approach that allows us to work with the citizens and the local government in tandem to create customised solutions that are result oriented and create value. This will be our critical success factor as far as our India Strategy is concerned,” says Puneet Bharadwaj, Managing Director of Incapsulate, India.

Meeting and Exceeding Customer Satisfaction
He goes on to say that the tool that has been designed and developed by a team of professionals at Incapsulate permits the beneficiary to seamlessly communicate with its local government. This tool/app is based on a Salesforce platform where Salesforce allows the routing of the complaint from the beneficiary to the municipality. Another success area is the dashboard created that provides the key stakeholders within the local government a holistic view of the complaints and the resolution time taken by the allocated local municipality worker, thus creating a culture of accountability. In essence, the company assures pre-sales integration, identifies customer needs and post-sales integration. “Once the parameters requested by the Municipality are implemented, to ensure success, we will go to the citizens and inform them of the app being launched and ask them to download and use it as opposed to other solution providers that just offer their solutions for a stipulated fee. That is our success factor,” adds Puneet.

Envisioning penetrating into the Indian market on a deeper level, Incapsulate is currently looking at working with six government bodies in the near future.
